We ship every order with the same care we put into making the clothes. Which is to say: carefully, quickly, and always in recyclable packaging.

Standard Shipping

• Free on all orders over $99
• $9.99 flat rate on orders under $99
• 3–7 business days (North America)
• 7–14 business days (International)

Express Shipping

• $19.99 flat rate
• 1–3 business days (North America)
• 3–5 business days (select international destinations)

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location — these are the buyer's responsibility. We mark all packages at full value (no exceptions).

Returns & Refunds

Not feeling it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition. No questions, no drama.

Email support@bensshop.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days after we receive the item.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment it leaves our warehouse and another when it's delivered. Check your spam folder if you don't see it — some email clients are overzealous.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us right away with a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
